How do we forgive ourselves?
1. Realize you are not perfect.

2. Keep moving toward what Christ has for you – healing and forgiveness.

Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it.
4. Leave your past in the past.
Philippians 3:13b
But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead,

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
5. Run looking forward not back.
Philippians 3:14
I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
6. Keep forgiving yourself.
7. Have something tangible to remind you of being forgiven.
EXAMPLES – Forgiveness journal. Throw a sin rock.

You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.
